Rock School Goes Online!
Posted on March 25, 2020

All Star Rock School is launching Online School Sessions to help students keep engaged during school closures.

Our team is committed to continuing to engage with students during these chaotic times. Although we’ve closed our schools for the time being in accordance with Government advice, we’re still rocking and we can’t wait to get you involved.

We’re excited to announce that we’re moving online using the latest group video technology and we’ll be restarting our regular All Star Rock School sessions next week, 30th March 2020.

By using interactive technology we’ll be bringing the students together to learn and play together in their usual instrument groups. Our usual, dedicated tutors will be hosting group tuition on brand new rock tracks for our students and continue the same school formats as before.

Students will be able to log on to the session from home and chat with their tutor and the rest of the student group while being taught by their favourite tutors. We’ll also be sharing all the music sheets so they can carry on with their practice in between sessions.

The sessions will continue to be run on a Monday and will be an hour-long with up to 15 minutes allocated to ensuring students are all set up correctly and can gain the most from the session. Students will be able to join on their phones, or on a laptop by following a link we’ll send out an hour before each session.

We’ll be running sessions on each instrument for Juniors at 3.30 pm and Seniors at 5 pm

Full details will be posted to the students from  each school this week.
